- "Content" includes text, images, logos, contact details, and other data you upload
- "Card" refers to physical NFC cards, QR code standees, or digital profiles provided by tinydabba
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
- If registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
3. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Permitted Use
You may use tinydabba to:
- Create and manage digital business cards
- Share contact information, social profiles, and business details
- Collect customer reviews and feedback
- Manage product catalogues and inventory
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Upload illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene content
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Engage in phishing, spamming, or data scraping
- Use the Service for money laundering or terrorism financing
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our systems
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content Ownership & License
6.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you upload
- By uploading content, you grant tinydabba a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload
6.2 tinydabba's Content
- tinydabba owns all rights to the platform, design, code, logos, and trademarks
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our proprietary materials without written permission
7. Payment & Refunds
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change
- Payments are processed via Razorpay, PhonePe, or other authorized gateways
- Refund Policy:
- Physical products (NFC cards, standees): Refunds within 7 days if defective or damaged
- Digital services: No refunds after account activation, except for technical issues on our end
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

8. Subscription & Renewals
- Some features may require a subscription (monthly/annual)
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal date
- You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by contacting support
9. Service Availability & Uptime
- We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance with or without notice
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to technical issues, third-party failures, or force majeure events
10. Termination
- By You: You may delete your account at any time via Data Deletion Instructions
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Legal requirements
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted as per our Privacy Policy

19. WhatsApp Business Platform Integration
TinyDabba, operated by RRE Mobility Pvt Ltd, offers an optional integration with the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API) as an independent Tech Provider. If you connect your WhatsApp Business Account ("WABA") to TinyDabba:
- You retain ownership of your WABA and your business phone number. TinyDabba acts as a Tech Provider and software layer that manages messaging and templates on your behalf and at your instruction.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining valid opt-in and consent from your customers before messaging them, for the content of the messages you send, and for complying with the WhatsApp Business Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and applicable law.
- You may disconnect your WABA from TinyDabba at any time from your dashboard, which revokes TinyDabba's stored access token for your account.
- WhatsApp messaging is provided by Meta. TinyDabba is not responsible for Meta's availability, message delivery, pricing, or account-quality decisions.
By using tinydabba, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
